TMZ has obtained the mug shot of Paris Hilton's intruder James Rainford -- taken moments after his shirtless arrest on Monday outside Paris' Malibu Beach home.
Rainford -- who's had multiple run-ins with Paris -- was popped for violating the protective order which required him to stay 200 yards away from Miss Hilton.
Rainford is the same dude who attacked Paris' ex-boyfriend Cy Waits outside of court in April ... months after he was popped for sneaking onto Paris' Hollywood property in October of 2010.
